Shipping Policy

Shipping policy

All T-shirt, hoodie, and crewneck sweater orders are made for you and processed within 10-14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). All other orders have a 4-5 day processing time starting after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

There may be potential delays due to COVID and high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.

Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping within the United States-

We offer flat rate $5.00 standard shipping, and orders totaling $45 or more have free shipping in the United States.

International Shipping-

We currently only ship to the the United States and Canada. Shipping to Canada is set at a flat rate of $20.39 USD.

*PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE  FOR ANY DUTIES OR TAXES ACRUED. Once the package leaves the United States and crosses the border, we are not responsible for covering the cost of any fees accrued or replacing any lost or damaged products/packages.

*If shipping rates change after your order is placed, we will contact you before shipping your order via email to let you know what the price change will be. You can choose to continue or cancel the order*

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@highlandwestern.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
